As a matter of fact, you could turn this intoa great hamstring exercise, and you're getting the opportunity of having the ability to dohamstring curls without having to lie on your stomach, and possibly suffer those hip tighteningsituations that we've laid out in a previous video. The fact is, guys, these are not a problem.
